While we attempt to design and build every system so that it will never fail, we realize that industrial machines will ultimately experience some sort of problem.  Whether that problem creates a need for software user support, system troubleshooting, parts replacement, on-site repair or system training, we want to be your partner in getting your system back into service as soon as possible.  We offer repair services at our offices in the U.S. and in Sweden or we will make a service visit to your site if that is more appropriate.  We also have an international network of service representatives that can assist you if needed.  In addition, our qualified technicians are always available to assist you over the phone or via e-mail with any problems that you might have.
